Position: Interim President, CEO and Executive Director
Mr. Scoretz was a director of Pacific Asia China Energy Inc. ("PACE") from 2006 until July 2008, at which time PACE was acquired by Green Dragon Gas Ltd. Mr. Scoretz has been the CEO of North American Oil and Minerals Inc., a private company engaged in resource development. Since, November 2005, Mr. Scoretz has been a director of Asia Canada Energy Inc. ("ACE"), a private company with a gas property in China. In March 2006, ACE was acquired by PACE. In addition to his involvement with ACE and PACE, Mr. Scoretz has been involved with various private companies in China.

Position: CFO and Director
Mr. Smith's management background extends over 20 years with diverse operations and organizations, including Johnsen Archer and PriceWaterhouse Coopers. He is a Chartered Accountant and has over a decade of experience in the accounting field. Mr. Smith is the senior partner with Clearline Chartered Accountants, a firm of chartered accountants with offices in Vancouver, North Vancouver and White Rock.
Mr. Sibony holds a Master's degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Bristol (United Kingdom). With a background that includes renewable energy project construction and management throughout Europe, he has lead projects from the development stage through to operations while successfully managing the interests of multiple stakeholders. A native speaker of English and French, Mr. Sibony is also fluent in Spanish and Italian.
Mr. Schaaf has thirty-five years of experience in construction, consulting, permitting and land surveying services. He is the President of four consulting firms which provide specialized services to the Residential, Agricultural, Commercial, Mining, Gas and Oil industry. In addition, Mr. Schaaf holds professional Land Surveyor Registrations in multiple states and holds surface and underground certifications from the Mine Safety and Health Administration.
